Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

We exclusively ship via PostNL, and you will always receive a Track & Trace code via email.

A confirmation email will be sent upon placing an order, and a second email will be sent once your package has been handed over to PostNL, including the Track & Trace code.

Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2 business days from the order date.

Orders containing SALE items or items purchased during a SALE period may experience longer delivery times. Customers will be informed in advance.

Worldwide shipping is available, except for South Africa.

If PostNL confirms delivery of your package to the correct address, but you claim non-receipt, we cannot be held responsible for the missing order and cannot provide a replacement.

Orders are rarely lost during transit. PostNL allows up to 15 business days before an order is officially declared lost. The order may still be delivered within this timeframe.

OHLUXEDOLLS.COM is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping provider. Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, we have no control over its transit, and no rights can be derived from any potential delays or losses.
Returns & Exchanges If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return your item(s) within 14 days, following the return procedure below:
Return Procedure:

Send an email to customerservice@ohluxedolls.com.

Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

You will receive a return form via email, which must be fully completed.

Once you receive the return form, the item(s) must be returned within 3 business days.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with the order number clearly stated on the package.

If the order number is missing, the return will not be processed.

Ship your return via PostNL or DHL and keep proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. However, if you exchange for a different size, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Returns will not be accepted if:

The original label has been removed.

The item belongs to the Swimwear Collection.
-
The item is from Bodies, Tights, or Lingerie collections.
-
The returned item has make-up stains, smoke or sweat odor, signs of wear, or damage, and must have all original labels attached.

It is a digital product.
Return Processing:

You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your return (until then, retain your proof of shipment).

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Returns submitted during out-of-office periods will be processed once our office reopens. Any office closures will be communicated on our webshop.
Refund Policy: We DO NOT ISSUE MONETARY REFUNDS in the following cases (a voucher will be provided instead):

SALE items.

Purchases made during special promotions (Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.).

If the item has previously been returned and processed.

We do not offer refunds on digital products.
