Note: Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and major holidays.

Domestic: PostNL

  • €6,95 EUR flat rate
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 2 business days after shipping
  • Free standard shipping for orders over €150

International Shipping

  • €15.00 EUR flat rate (DHL Express)
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
  • We do not ship to South Africa

Returns

Garments must be unwashed + unworn in pristine condition with all tags/return strings attached. If the return string is removed and/or altered, the return request will be rejected.

All returns must be processed and inspected first for approval. Once the return has been approved, your chosen return outcome will be processed within 1–3 business days from the return package delivery date.

Return Procedure

  • Email customerservice@ohluxedolls.com with your order number and return reason.
  • You’ll receive a return form to complete and send back within 3 business days.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with the order number clearly stated.
  • Ship via PostNL or DHL. Keep your proof of shipment.

Return costs are at your own expense. If exchanging for a different size, we’ll cover the cost to ship the new item to you.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • Original label is removed
  • Item belongs to Swimwear, Bodies, Tights, or Lingerie collections
  • Item has make-up stains, odor, wear, or is missing labels
  • Item is a digital product

Refund Policy

  • No monetary refunds on SALE items
  • No refunds on Cyber Monday, Black Friday or promotion items
  • No refunds on previously returned/processed items
  • Digital products are non-refundable

Eligible returns will receive store credit (voucher).

Final Disclaimer

Orders placed with discount codes are considered SALE under our policy. Therefore, returns on those orders are eligible for store credit only — no refunds.
