SHIPPING POLICY:

  • We ship within 2 days
    We only ship with PostNL and you will always receive a Track & Trace code by email
    You will receive a confirmation email when placing the order and you will receive an email when your order has been delivered to PostNL, including T&T Code.
    The items will be delivered within 2 working days from the order date. This only applies to orders within the Netherlands
    All SALE items or items purchased during the SALE period may have a longer delivery time. We communicate this to the customer(s) in advance

DISCLAIMER: 

If you indicate that you have not received your order, but PostNL indicates that it has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot hold us responsible for this. However, we cannot replace the item(s).

Orders are rarely lost in transit. PostNL has set a period of 15 working days before an order can be considered lost. The order can still be delivered until the last day of the term.


If an order is not to your satisfaction, you can return the item(s) in question within 14 days return procedure:

  • Send an email to customerservice@ohluxedolls.com
    Please state your order number in the email and indicate the reason for return
    You will receive a return form from us by email, which we expect to be returned fully completed
    After the date of the email with the fully completed returns form, the item must be received by us within 3 working days
    Please return the item(s) in the same packaging; State order number on packaging
    If the order number is absent, the return will not be processed
    Please submit your return to PostNL and keep proof of shipping
    The costs for returning are at your own expense. If you exchange for a different size, we will pay the costs of sending the new item from our office to your home.
  • We will not process returns IF:
    The label card has been removed
    It is from the Swimwear collection.
    We do not accept returns on bodies, tights and lingerie
    We do not accept returns with: make-up stains, smoke odor, sweat odor or worn/broken items and only with attached labels.
  • Handling:
    You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by email (until then, keep your proof of shipment)
    Your return will be processed and if it is approved, you will receive your money back into your account within 10 working days.
    During out-of-office periods, your return will be processed when our office is open again. We indicate this on our webshop.

    We DO NOT GIVE YOU MONEY REFUND IF (Only Voucher):

    It is a SALE item
    A purchase is made during a special deal (Cybermonday Black Friday etc.)
    If the product has previously been returned and processed.
