Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Day: calendar day.
  • Long-term transaction: a contract covering a series of products/services spread over time.
  • Durable data carrier: any medium that allows future consultation of stored info.
  • Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Distance contract: a contract via remote communication channels.
  • General Terms and Conditions: these Terms as applicable to all orders.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from OHLUXEDOLLS.COM and all contracts concluded with consumers.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer is subject to a time limit or conditions, this will be clearly stated. Offers may be modified at any time.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is established once the consumer accepts the offer and OHLUXEDOLLS.COM confirms the order.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return products, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

We do not offer monetary refunds in the following cases:

  • SALE items
  • Special deal purchases (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
  • Previously returned and processed items
  • Digital products

Eligible returns will receive a voucher.

Article 9 – The Price

All listed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

We guarantee that all products match the description and reasonable consumer expectations. Issues must be reported within 2 months of delivery.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

Orders are delivered to the address provided. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you accordingly.

Article 12 – Long-Term Transactions

You may cancel any indefinite contract at any time with 1 month’s notice.

Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within the specified period. OHLUXEDOLLS.COM reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted clearly and in full within 14 days. We aim to respond within 14 days of receipt.

Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

Any extra terms must be in writing and not disadvantage the consumer.
