1. What is the processing time for my order?
All orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your Track & Trace codeonce your order has been shipped.
2. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, except for South Africa.
3. How long does delivery take?

Netherlands: 2 business days after processing.

International orders: Delivery times vary by destination. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
4. What shipping carrier do you use?
We exclusively ship with PostNL.
5. My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
If PostNL confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, we cannot be held responsible. Please contact PostNL for further assistance. Packages are rarely lost, but PostNL allows 15 business days before officially declaring a package lost.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them, provided they meet our return conditions.
7. How do I return an item?

Items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving the return form.

Return the item in original packaging with the order number clearly stated.

Keep your proof of shipment.
8. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on the following:

SALE items.

Digital products.

Swimwear, lingerie, bodies, and tights.

Items with make-up stains, odors, signs of wear, or missing labels.
9. Do you offer refunds?
We DO NOT issue monetary refunds for:

SALE items.

Purchases made during special deals (Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.).

Previously returned and processed items.

Digital products. Instead, we offer a voucher for eligible returns.
10. How long does it take to process my return?
Once received and approved, refunds (in the form of a voucher) will be processed within 10 business days.
